Hey U.K. people, quick question?

I'm from the states and I don't know too much about this actor. His name is Rory Jennings. I've recently seen him in a Chemical Brother's video called "Salmon Dance" and I was wondering if he was a familiar character over there. He's such a little cutie, even though he's like 25! (NOT IN A BAD WAY!)
