I got a friend that is prego and well her temp is like 103 almost. She is due in like a week or less.?

She needs to go to the ER. She'll probably wait for hours there though, so actually to labor and delivery. While she's there, if she is in the U.S., she needs to ask for help filling out forms for medicaid. There is usually someone at the hospital that handles that. If her blood sugar is high, and she hasn't had medical care, chances are the baby will be born unable to regulate his/her blood sugar, because the baby would have been making extra insulin to compensate for mom not having enough, and may have the opposite problem, low blood sugar, after birth (the body will make extra insulin at first, thinking the baby needs it, and that will make baby's blood sugar drop.) If she's gone this long without prenatal care for the baby, she may not be eager to get care for herself. In that case, call 911, whether she likes it or not.
