How do I remove this suspicious, reappearing file?

I downloaded this file yesterday, and it wasn't working, so I automatically moved it to my recycle bin and cleared my recycle bin. Somehow, there's this file that has the same icon picture as the file I downloaded that appeared in my USB. There were two files actually. I deleted them, but then a few seconds later, they reappeared. i repeated this process five times, to no avail. I scanned both files with Avira Aintivir, and it says there is nothing wrong. I clicked on the file (not double-click to open it, but just single-click), and I looked at the info. It said: Attributes: Hidden. I don't know what that means. Both files are "hidden". And when I delete them, they don't even appear in my Recycle bin. I emptied my recycle bin, then tried to delete the file, and I watched, and it never went into the bin, it just reappeared on my USB. Is this a virus? The file's name is svchost, and the other one is autorun. I tried booting my computer in safe mode and scanning the whole computer using Avira Antivir, but it didn't detect any viruses. How can I delete this file off my USB?
