How big is the carbon foot print being left by these people?

Those members of the G20 summit and their entourages with planes flying in hither and thither from all around the world, fleets of executive security limo's, banquets being hosted left right and centre. We are in the 21st century - why can't they all stay at home and do video conferencing? With all the technology available today is that too much to ask or would it affect their feelings of power?
