I need help with my sirius radio (more inside)?

i have a sirius radio and i find a good station to set both my radio and recieveer to to get clear music but when we drive to a new town i have to change all of my settings to new stations how do i find good stations to set my stuff to to get clear music all over ? p.s. sorry i ,ay have made that a little confusing .
