Fourth Inheritance Book Theory?

In Brisingr, Eragon walks through the Varden's camp and sees Angela talking with two women for whom she cast her dragon bones for. One of the women had numerous scars, and the other is a serous-looking girl who appeared to be a swordsman. Angela had Eragon give the two women his blessing, and Saphira even treated the strangers respectfully, calling them by honorable titles. My question is this: Who are those two women, and what will their role be in the fourth book? (If you have no idea what i am writing about, read pages 254 - 258 of Brisingr. I have yet to see anybody else think of this, or at least ask/write about it.)
