Good Congestion Clearing. EXPERTS!!?

Okay. I've been SOOO congested in my nose, I barely can breathe. I blow my nose, andone second later, it's filled up again. I've heard about "Netti Pot", but I want to know about home made things or scents to clear my nose? ALSO : I have itchy, red, cloudy eyes?!!!??
