San Fransisco Public Transportation?

You should fly into Oakland rather than San Francisco because it is near the Coliseum. San Francisco airport is further from Oakland although The BART does go from SFO all the way to Oakland, you change at 12th St. and take a train to the Coliseum station. However, the airport extension of the BART does not run all the time. Staying near the Coliseum is not very safe so I dont recommend that. BART covers the East Bay and San Francisco only not the whole bay area and does not run all night. The MUNI streetcar and bus system runs in San Francisco and does not go to Oakland. Oakland has the AC Transit bus system and the BART.
