When can baby hold pacifier on her own?

My 9 week old baby girl uses a pacifier to calm herself and at night to fall asleep. But in the middle of the night when she wakes and its has fallen out she gets fussy and I have to get up and keep putting it back in her mouth. When will she be able to hold it in herself?
