When they euthanize thoroughbreds, what do they do with the bodies??Do they bury,cremate, or something else?

Everyone has been talking about the filly that was euthanized after being injured during the Kentucky Derby. Just got me to wondering what they did with the bodies of these thoroughbreds, do they bury, cremate, or sell the body for meat.
