Roman Catholicism a pagan religion?

Is Roman Catholicism merely a pagan religion considering how it adopted paganism into its doctrines? Christmas and Easter are two major pagan festivals, along with all their idol worship of Saints and saying that Mary is the Queen of Heaven which in fact was just adopted from Greek Paganism when referring to Hera the wife of Zeus (the King of gods)?
